Gel of post PCR Cleanup of Colonies used for sequencing

This image is of the post-PCR cleanup of the single colonies from the culture dependent project that will be sent for sequencing at UPenn. Lanes 9, 10, and 13 are faint because dye "floating" was experienced again, nonetheless, these bands are still visible on the gel. Not all samples were loaded on the gel, but this gel confirms that the procedure work, so it may not be worthwhile to run a new gel.

I think the floating dye may have been my fault. Since it didn't happen in all the lanes, I'd say that I probably was over-zealous in my pippetting or something along those lines. I'm glad it worked out okay though.
